Seller

This site is operated by NX Canada, [ADDRESS], [BUSINESS NUMBER]. In Quebec, operations are carried out by the Distribution NX division.

Products and customers

NX Canada manufactures, distributes, sells and applies nano protection products. Products are sold to homeowners, installers, shops and resellers, and must be applied to our published application instructions and applicable standards.

Pricing and tax

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes (GST/QST) and shipping are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe (credit card and, where applicable, Klarna). Orders are confirmed once payment is authorized.

Availability

Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock we'll contact you for a replacement or refund.

Liability

Products must be applied by qualified people per the manufacturer's instructions. NX Canada is not liable for damage resulting from improper application or non-conforming use.
