We ship across Canada. Shipping is calculated at checkout; it's free above the threshold shown. Orders are typically processed within [X] business days; transit time depends on the carrier and destination.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.

Returns

Unopened products in perfect condition may be returned within [30] days of receipt. Opened or used products are non-refundable for safety and quality reasons, except for manufacturing defects.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within [X] business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the error is ours or the product is defective.

Damaged products
