Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship across Canada. The shop runs on quote requests: you send us your list and we confirm availability, shipping and the total before you pay anything. Once the order is confirmed it is prepared within 3 to 5 business days; transit time then depends on the carrier and destination.

Approved professional accounts order directly from the pro area, where shipping is shown at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.

Returns

Unopened products in perfect condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Opened or used products are non-refundable for safety and quality reasons, except for manufacturing defects.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the error is ours or the product is defective.

Damaged products

If a product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos at nanoxeal@gmail.com and we'll replace it.
