Nanoxeal

Roof and shingles

Roof protection

Nanoxeal is a water-based weatherproof protective coating applied to roofing to repel water and slow surface aging. Its nanotech formula (polysiloxane, fluoropolymer and nano-silica) forms a flexible, water-repellent and breathable membrane.

What wears a roof down

  • ·Shingle aging under UV and loss of granules
  • ·Moss, lichen and algae that hold moisture
  • ·Freeze and thaw cycles that stress the surface
  • ·Water infiltration at weak points

What Nanoxeal does

  • Immediate beading effect: water beads up and runs off instead of soaking in
  • Breathable membrane: residual moisture escapes, the surface doesn't trap water
  • High UV resistance that slows surface aging
  • Flexible water-based formula that follows microcracks

Frequently asked questions

What roof types can Nanoxeal be applied to?
Asphalt shingles and metal roofing surfaces. For another material, check with us before applying.
Does it replace a new roof?
No. Nanoxeal is a protective treatment meant to slow wear on a roof in good condition. It does not repair a roof at the end of its life.
How do I know how much product I need?
One 19 L (5 gal) pail covers 1,000 to 1,200 sq ft in two coats. Use the estimator with your surface area to get a quantity.

The coverage (1,000 to 1,200 sq ft per 19 L pail, two coats) and the protection duration (up to 15 years) are the manufacturer specification, not independent lab results. Always test a small area before treating the whole surface.

Prices are confirmed by quote, with no obligation. Measure your surface, pick a format and send your request.
