Professional application goes through NX Canada. It is also the only way to get the warranty: 15 years if the roof is under 10 years old, 10 years if it is older. It covers product performance, water repellency and UV resistance. It does not cover labour.
If you apply the product yourself there is no warranty. Not a reduced warranty. None.

- De-icing salt wrecks my concrete driveway. Is a pail worth it?
- By reducing the water and salt solutions the concrete absorbs, it limits the freeze-scaling mechanism. Treatments in this class (silane and siloxane) are recognized for improving salt-frost resistance. The concrete has to be clean and dry before applying.
The coverage (1,000 to 1,200 sq ft per 19 L pail, two coats) and the protection duration (up to 15 years) are the manufacturer specification, not independent lab results. Always test a small area before treating the whole surface.
